Camping

Campers please, conserve water and electricity use whenever possible.  If you are using and electric heater or air conditioner, you should consider donating extra money to the club for utilities.  We have donation boxes - one on the door of the bath house and the other by the steps up to the hang gliding launch.  Cash or check donation in the box with your name would be greatly appreciated.

Please ensure your campfire is completely out before you leave the property.

Leave it better than you found it!  

Henson Gap Campground policy

Camper / RV / Tent Camping

A club member or club member with guest may stay in their Camper / RV / Tent for no more than four consecutive weeks without board approval. 

If a club member leaves their camper / RV / Tent for more than five consecutive days, all personal possessions, including Camper / RV / Tent must also be taken.

Donations towards the campground and bath house are welcome!

Exceptions for length of stay may be made at any time by the board of directors.

Whitwell Camping Policy

Maintenance

The local Convenience Center (for trash) is conveniently located across from the entrance of Window Rock Rd.  Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 - 5 central time.

Please tell them you are from the Tennessee Tree Toppers club up the road.

Picking up sticks or raking the setup areas make it easier for the lawn cutting person.

If you are the last to leave the property at the end of the day, please lock the clubhouse and the driveway gate.
